  : pool was okay it was very cold. you can not see beach from pool area due to bushes. hot tubs close at 10 so that is a bummer. No front desk to talk to anyone. No towels for pool area.

  : The location was on the beach which is what I wanted. The condo is close enough to most of the places on the strip so you can walk to many places.
  : The living room & balcony furniture are worn out and older looking. One of the chairs on the balcony has a large hole in the seat. The living room furniture looked dirty/stained and was very used. The electricity in the whole condo went out the day before departure.

  : The building and condo were pretty clean. The view was spectacular. It was easy to check in and out (once we got to the actual stay).
  : The "two twins" room was a twin bed with a trundle bed that you couldn't pull all the way out because of the tiny room and then big tv on a stand. This meant my 17 year old (6'3") couldn't sleep there and had to sleep on the sofa bed (which was terrible like most sofa beds). The washer was broken before our arrival with a scheduled service but they couldn't fix whatever was wrong, so we couldn't use the washer! :( The two patio lounge chairs were broken, so we couldn't all relax on the patio together. Finally, the booking.com (which became Vacasa??) communication was terrible, with no replies to calls or emails or app messages. (It all worked out by the day of the stay, but it was extra stress leading up to the trip.)

  : The smell was bad, there was a used blanket in the pullout bed in the chair, there wasn’t a dust pan, there was a molded mop in the closet with the broom, there wasn’t an ink pen to fill out the parking pass, too much walking from parking garage to walk across, elevator to floors
