Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : A good view of the ocean. Nice balcony.
  : Too crowded. Very confusing check in to pay for parking ticket and to get swim armbands. Sheets dirty, looked like they hadn't been washed. Elevator was an incredibly long wait.

Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : Room right on the beach with lovely views. Everything was done online. Coffee shop on site was nice and staff were friendly.
  : Communication from RealJoy was difficult to read because there were non-english letters sprinkled into each email. The condo needs a little upkeep and more things could be provided for the guests. Remove old things other guests left (non working fans, dirty pillows, etc) The patio door was very difficult to open and close. Also, non having same side- off- the street parking means you have to walk across the street and use several different elevators to get to your room (Splash). Also the sofa bed wasn't provided any sheets so we had to go buy our own. Difficult to find luggage carts. Very dark cross walk, my kids were scared every night we went across. Never saw any staff or security.
