  : The room we booked on booking.com somehow was double-booked. We didn't know we arrived and we came from another state. The staff at the front desk said we had to discuss the issue with the agents with Vacasa. When we talked to vacasa they stated we would have to contact booking.com ourselves about the issue. I showed them our confirmation email and it showed Tidewater beach resort 1500 402. Thats when we found out our room was now 402. Staff I guess was helpful but they did not feel very welcoming. Elevator time was horrible. We were suppose to stay on the 15th floor but we received a room on the 4th floor due to the double booking issue. So we mainly used the stairs to get back and forth. The room was nice 3 beds 3 baths like we booked but we expected to have a bigger condo with a corner balcony like it was pictured when we booked our trip. At least we had a room for the week.

  : Great view and wonderful room. An easy walk to Peir Park.
  : The elevator situation is bad. A 20+ minute wait at times was not out of the norm. We had to resort to the stairs twice. Walking 22 flights of stairs is not fun with 2 kids and beach gear.
