  : It was a close walk to the beach and in a great location!
  : Everyone around you and below you are permanent residents and do not like the noise at all!!! We were here for a bachelorette party and they came to our door 4 different times!! Do not recommend for any parties!

  : It wasnt clean when we got there and I stayed up cleaning and washing linens so we could go to sleep

  : Elevator out of order, didn't have access to garage so I can take my jeep doors off and didn't have extra covers (I was freezing a lot of times).

  : The location is perfect! Close to everything
  : I didn't like that the elevator isn't working and they have no plans to fix it. Some things in the place needs to be updated. There's 2 rugs one on top of the other in the living room. Not sure why but it could be a tripping hazard.

  : The AC stopped functioning and I contacted Vacasa. Each time I contacted I was told the same the local team is informed but no update. We checked out and the AC was still not functioning.

  : Great location. Beautiful and spacious master bedroom with really large walk in closet and master bath. All appliances worked great, plenty of space for 10 people to sleep. Beautiful view. Quick walk to get food or souvenir's. Overall the unit was very clean.
  : Unaware from the online description that this was a 3rd floor unit. There was an elevator but it was out of order and had been for some time according to the maintenance worker that came to address other issues we called about. In addition to having to drag suitcases and full coolers/groceries up 3 flights of stairs, doing so was left to me, my nieces and the kids as my husband was on crutches and my brother-in-law had had knee surgery recently. The deck door would get stuck so if you were outside and accidentally closed the door all the way, someone inside had to help you get back in. The deck railing was also a bit loose, needs to be stabilized, especially for a 3rd floor unit. Lastly, it wasn't an issue for us but if you have a loud group, those in the other units actually live there so quite time starts pretty early for being on vacation, especially during a holiday like the 4th of July.
