  : Beautiful view and location to the beach! Love that each of the 3bdrms had its own bath
  : None of the sliding doors would open! There was a slide in the master bedroom where you could sit out on the balcony... But it DID NOT WORK! The main sliding door from the living room area also was broken, does not open. They only patio access was thru the guest full / Queens size bedroom, and the kitchen area. Btw, this is listed as 2 king and 2 queen unit with a Murphy bed, but NOOOO, It's 2 King, 1 queen bedroom.. Murphy bed is in the 1st King bedroom. The Murphy is Not suitable for Any 2 adults, but rather for kids only because it let's out at the foot of the King bed where other adults would be laying.Kitchen was unequipped for cooking pans and skillets. Had to go to Walmart to buy them, plus an Air Mattress for the adults I had invited to sleep on, seeing that the 2nd Queen bed did not exist....

  : The location is excellent. The views are phenomenal! The swimming pool in between Windward and Leeward was so clean every single day and so nice!
  : Bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. The toilet paper holder was missing from the wall leaving a large open hole in the wall. We contacted the office for someone to come clean and asked for clean sheets and nobody ever came leaving us to go buy cleaning products and clean it all ourselves. There was hair all over the bathtub and dirt? It was all just disgusting. No vacuum or mop or swiffer to clean the dirty floors. Windows were all disgusting. If the place would've been clean then I do believe our stay would've been much better. Taking time away from a family vacation to clean what should've already been clean is really inconvenient. The beds are all extremely uncomfortable. There was someone in the parking lot walking past my vehicle knocking on the windows and pushing up against my vehicle, not sure why. People underneath us fought loudly and constantly smoked which left us unable to take our small kids outside.

  : We ready enjoy our stay. The property was great. The beach front is amazing.

  : The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a nice wrap around deck and a beautiful view of the Gulf.
  : When we arrived we put food and drinks in the fridge and hours later the food was very warm. We did call for maintenance only to be told it takes 24 hours for food to get cold. Now I have had many fridges in my life and never heard of such nonsense. The fridge was brand new and very nice but it did not get cold or make ice until the next day. The hot water in the master bath did not work and when I called for the third time I was told that they did not have a ticket in for the hot water. One of the beds was extremely squeaky and the maintenance people did absolutely nothing to help fix it. There was supposed to be a sleeper sofa in the living room but there was not (good thing we did not need it).The condo is advised for 8 people but there are only 3 beds so if you booked for 8 people you will not have a bed for 2.
