  : Exceptional location, great pool area, beachfront, restaurant/bar/supply shop on bottom floor with access to pool area.
  : Our condo wasnt the cleanest upon arrival. We found clothes from previous guests under our bed, a cookie wrapper and other snack wrappers were found in the floor. Sand was on the couch. The guest bathroom bathtub did not drain and black debris would come up out of drain when used, maintenance came and fixed this issue a few days into our stay. Silverware in drawers had red lipstick on several forks and spoons. The blinds in the master bedroom did not fully open and some of the blind panels were either missing or broken. The doors leading from the master bedroom to the balcony did not lock, this could be a safety issue for some guests. We also had several issues with the air conditioning unit. Air was left on 72 during our stay as indicated by owner, and doors to balcony were never left open to prevent condensation; however, we had maintenance wake us up 2 separate mornings because the unit had been leaking water into the floors below us. We also had another guest come to our room and voice concern about this as well. Maintenance serviced the unit twice and stated that the issue was of no fault to our party and that the owners needed to fix a few issues in the condo. He said the drain was clogged and had to be cleared to prevent any further issues. Our party had contacted customer service about these issues and we were told that the $200 cleaning fee would be refunded to us, we have not received this refund or had any further communication with customer service.
