  : Gorgeous outdoors! Extra large and beautifully designed pool; hot tub with waterfall; multiple seating areas with various styles of shelters; lovely view of the Bay with two piers, a restaurant out over the water, and a beach on the spit; nice grilling and eating area; and even a nicely groomed lawn with palm trees. (The condo itself is situated in an affluent area that was very secure and private. It made for a much less crowded venue and a resort climate.) The porch on the condo gave a great view of the pool area, the Bay and passing boats. It was planned well with comfortable seating, a couch, a coffee table, and several side tables, which was perfect for sitting, reading, eating and relaxing. The design of the one bedroom condo was very pleasing. The two extra large TV's could be a big asset to those who wish to relax and enjoy. The bathroom had a huge walk-in, tiled shower, as well as a two sink vanity, which made it easy for sharing. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and other helpful products available where we didn't need to run out and buy more. Getting upstairs with luggage and/or groceries was a breeze. There were plenty of large carts and even two types of grocery baskets to aid in the endeavor. The elevators were quick, smooth and quiet. Sherry at the front desk was also very nice and helpful.
  : Although most people of average height would have no problem, I would have preferred a taller toilet. In the kitchen, some newer small pots for those who like to cook and maybe a pitcher no would have been nice.. Otherwise, and even without them, it was supplied fairly well. There was one issue that arose, but was basically remedied: a nearby homeowner was smoking a cigarette daily and then something very offensive, which definitely made enjoying the porch extremely difficult. By mid-week, he switched to a lighter smelling cigar, which was not as harsh to my sensitive sense of smell and lungs. I used a fan on the porch, although a ceiling fan would have been nice for helping with the smoker and, of course, the heat. (I understand he was a disabled vet, so he may have found relief in what he smoked. The HOA, I believe, encouraged him to switch what he was using.)

  : Really no one to help at the front desk most of the time. We got confused when we arrived and had a hard time locating our condo.
