  : the room needed painted. paint was chipping off the bunk beds and bathroom walls. also there were very limited kitchen supplies. needs some updating.

  : our condo was not swept sand in our beds. we had no pillow cases. called the front desk they refused to help said wasn’t their problem I booked with booking I had to take it up with them. I ask to speak to a manger they told me there wasn’t one I could talk to. would not ever recommend to stay here.

  : I liked that it had beach access and the view from my balcony.
  : I did NOT like that the elevators kept going down (breaking). I did NOT like that room service never checked on us or bring us any fresh towels and rags for the time we were there. I did NOT like that the phone in our room DID NOT work. I did NOT like that when we asked for more towels and rags, the hotel staff sent them with us to carry to our room ourselves in a trash bag. The staff was lazy. I asked a custodian for a roll of toilet paper and she “didn’t know”. I did Not like that the room was nasty and dirty. The floors made our feet black from dirt and sand was horrible in there, before we even touched the ocean. There were stains on the furniture. The kitchen table was really wobbly. One balcony chair was broken (we had 3). The dishes were not clean. We had to put them in the dishwasher before use. The stove eyes were cocked up and wouldn’t lay flat. We were scared to use them, not knowing if they were plugged in right. I did NOT like that dressers were broken. I did NOT like that the balcony curtain was broken and hard to open and shut.
