  : It was beachfront with a ocean view!!
  : The couches were torn & uncomfortable. The rest of the apartment was excellent it was fabulous but the couches tacky!!

  : The property itself had a cute tiki bar and nice pool!
  : The apartment that was stayed in had no A/C after the first night and the shower in the main bedroom got clogged. The tub got clogged the very first shower we took before we even went down to the beach and got sand everywhere. We tried calling the number I was told to call and they said they would contact their plumber and someone for the A/C and give us a call back when they got to our apartment complex. We never got a call and nobody came to fix it.

  : I liked the location, parking, the actual structure was clean, and the pool. The owner needs to tidy up the unit we stayed in, it was a nice unit, but there were a few things that needed to be fixed.
  : I did not like that the hot tub was not working, my son loves the hot tub and was disappointed. Also, I did not like that there were signs posted saying if you had your own umbrellas that you couldn't get a place by the ocean water ( in front of the condo where you rented from ) unless you sat behind the other umbrellas for rent or your other option was to tromp over in other territories and set up. I paid a lot of money to stay a whopping 3 nights, and then had to be at an inconvenience when I went to the beach. Just a heads up, all of us don't have $100 or whatever that fee is to rent those umbrellas that take up the whole dam space in front of the condo. If they are going to set their umbrellas/chairs up for rent, they should only be allowed to set up on half of the beach frontage of the actual condo. Not the whole dam front of it, they took up all the beach front. I am not sure if that is a law or not, but I will not ever stay at the Watercrest again due to this. I have rights to that beach frontage because I paid for it and should not get hammered again to rent an umbrella for an outrageous price....just take a peek for yourself from a balcony at how much space your rented umbrellas take up and how many people actually rent them, and think about the rest of us who paid for that view as well.

  : Room wasn't cleaned well. Items listed that would be provided - wasn't. Sofa bed was broken, outlets didn't work, dryer scorched several clothing items.

  : Our door code never worked had to call someone to the property often . First time showed up in a timely manner after that didnt show up until the next day?!!
  : The condo was not clean . To tell you when we walked out on the balcony to see the beautiful view there were TOE NAILS ALL OVER THE BALCONY!!

  : The night before my trip had begun which was paid in full. I had an unseeable event happen. I went into acute liver failure. THIS WAS AN UNSEEABLE EVENT. I WAS RUSHED TO GLENWOOD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER AND THEN TRANSFERED TO WILLIS KNIGHTEN IN SHREVEPORT, LA. I have requested my dates back for the trip. No RESPONSE!!! I have lost 2400 in cash for the trip. I am still in the hospital trying to get the attention of Vacasa and BOOKING.COM. NO RESPONSE!! DON'T WANT $ BACK JUST NEW TRIP FOR 9 DAYS. MY BROTHER IS PARALYZED AND HE RECEIVED $ BACK FROM BEACH CHAIR. THANKS SAND HELPER. THE COMPANY THE SIZE OF BOOKING.COM. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!! I WILL BE IN PANAMA CITY BEACH REGARDLESS OF BOOKING.COM BUT I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN UNLESS WE RECEIVE FAIR TREATMENT. SHOE IS ON YOUR FOOT YOU DECIDE.   : Beautiful unit with fully functional and stocked kitchen! The balcony has gorgeous views! The 12th floor is high enough up that people on the ground arent disturbing. The unit was clean. The elevators were fast, so it didnt take long to go up or down. Laundry was easy to do, loved the dishwasher for quick and easy clean up! Its near perfect!!
  : The showers are a tad small, but water pressure was good. A new shower head would be an inexpensive improvement for guest satisfaction. Beds were a little harder than preferred, recommend bringing a cushion or topper if you need something softer. The ceiling fan in the living room wouldnt go any faster, I think it may have a blown capacitor. None of these are big enough issues to not reserve this unit again.
