  : The property was quite modern, lots of kitchen facilities and utensils available, the sitting rooms were comfortable and the tv made our evenings enjoyable. The parking space is right next to the property at no additional costs which was very convenient for us. The check in process is straightforward. The location of the property is convenient, but Id argue this would only be the case if you had a car as the nearest bus stop on the main road is around 15 mins walk (not ideal with the heat). But otherwise, ideally situated within Paphos. On site staff are lovely.
  : Unfortunately, my air conditioning unit in my room had an error and could not produce cold air. This resulted in my room constantly being stuffy and warm, and I couldnt sleep in it at all. This forced me to share a room with one of my friends. This was less than ideal as we had picked this property for the convenience of 3 separate rooms as none of us like to share. This eventually caused me to sleep in the living room. Between me reporting the air con issues the morning after we arrived and the air con being inspected and eventually changed, this took 4 days. Therefore the aircon was changed on our last night in the property and we left the next morning. This had obviously impacted the trip; and when I spoke with the manager I was advised that no partial refunds would be issued as there was no way for them to predict the issues with the aircon due to them being new units. Be that as it may, there was still an error that impacted the unit in my room causing it to be unusable for anything other than storing my things and using my bathroom. I wouldve enjoyed my trip a lot more without the stress of having to either share a room which I didnt want or sleep on the sofa which was ok, but no where near as comfortable as a bed would have been.

  : The property was a great size and the beds were comfortable. There was secure parking beside the apartment. Good value.
  : There were a few minor maintenance issues and none of the cups and plates matched. Otherwise it was well equipped. The main downside was the chickens in the apartment block next door that rise with the sun. Nothing to do with Julipapas.

  : Quiet compound. Our apartment had a really nice little patio, with some plants surrounding it, as entrance. Also a shaded and private patio in the back. Perfect for a morning coffee and newspaper.
  : All bedside lamps did not work and needed to be replaced, according to one staff member. Some irritation and misunderstanding could have been avoided by just putting up a notice about this inside. Or actually do the replacement.
