: Location was excellent. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Villa was spacious and clean. Wi-fi was good. Good sized pool and outside area. Hosts were very helpful. A very nice, modern villa with good amenities.
: Not a huge issue for us as we decided to eat out locally more than cooking in the villa but the kitchen wasn't the best equipped. Its a good size and plenty of plates, cups etc but for an 8 person villa there was only one frying pan and very limited cooking utensils / pans. The microwave numbers have all worn off so impossible to use as you cant see what you're doing. Also, the extractor unit above the stove is awkwardly placed so we all kept banging our heads on it! Overall a nice clean kitchen just needs a few more useful items.

: Villa was the most spacious we have ever had externally and superbly kitted out with furniture with covered and uncovered multiple areas outside. Internally public areas are also large with fittings and furniture to a very high standard. On suite seaview bedrooms are delightful with the two shared bathroom rooms adequate and suitable with the AC in all rooms a major benefit. Pool was one of the cleanest we have come across and overall Villa was comparable with Florida standards and quality. Short 300 yard walk to the beach and restaurants was a bonus.
: Awnings mentioned in previous reviews were not replaced but this did not detract from the holiday as seating area is also under cover from balconies above and separate covered area available also. Water pump developed an intermittent fault and when reported it was repaired the following day and a new charcoal BBQ was delivered also when requested. Front electronic driveway gates did not operate with the remote keyring but again had minimal impact.
