: Great facilities and location. Breakfast is really good. Bed is comfortable.
: We were told at the reception the pool is only available for use until 8 PM. Hence we did not bother to bring swimming suits to the pool area after 8, but stayed next to the pool. Apparently the pool usage rules are only for the customers, but not for the hotel employees, as the woman from the reception was the only one swimming. Fine by me, but she had her dog running around freely and once I started walking, the dog confronted me and started barking. As Im terrified of dogs due to past experiences, I totally lost it. I couldnt bring myself back to normal for several days afterwards. This is not OK to allow angry/excited/crazy dogs to run around in the hotel common areas. If youre scared of dogs and want a relaxing stay - this is not the place to go.

: The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. We loved the huge balcony with comfy chairs and an amazing view of the valley. Great pools and saunas, good parking available in the garage. Nice breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
: A jacuzzi near the pool and more hot options at the breakfast buffet would be appreciated.
