  : The accessibility to the property is very difficult, bad stairway and very tiny lift where can't fit 2 average persons. If you have any luggage, that makes very difficult to go upstairs. Getting keys isn't easy, smells bad, can't sleep whole night properly due to loud noise coming adjacent rooms and outside (the windows are opened, can't close/lock them either). The kitchen facilities are not adequate even for small family/couple, poor kettle and not neat at all. The major problem is with the shower, which is tiny, comes cold water only, blocked drainage, can't able to do any shower. The customer service is very bad, can't respond properly for any emails to resolve issues.

  : Location was great, very accessible to the main tourist attractions. Beautiful cafe across the street which is perfect for breakfast.
  : The main entrance courtyard was in complete darkness on arrival at 7/8pm which made it so difficult to navigate your way into the main entrance. The courtyard was also covered in what seemed like toilet waste (I have photos which Im unable to attach). This wasnt cleaned during the duration of our stay. When we finally got into the building the lift was broken and we had to lift 4 cases of luggage up an extremely narrow stairwell which had that been explained prior to booking may have helped me consider booking this apartment. We then had issues getting into the apartment and had to call for assistance - the operators I spoke with found it difficult to converse with me in English which made it longer to even access the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of towels provided and they have really maximised the use of the space well. The upper floor only has room for the bed you cannot store anything in that space and is only really suitable for sleeping. In the morning the shower drain was completely blocked causing the shower to flood into the apartment. I contacted the helpline and was advised someone would attend but they did not before we checked out at 11am.

  : The location is convenience, but it is close to bar, it is a bit noisy at not.
  : The room is very small actually, it is tight for living 4 ppl, it is hard to open 4 suitcases and the stairs are also very step be careful! And the bedsheet have a humidity smelling.
