  : The unit was clean, kitchen and bedding was well stocked. It is also situated in a great location with easy access to the Paris Tram and Metro. The owner was responsive to assist when we had difficulties to obtain access to the unit and supported us promptly with any doubts throughout the stay.
  : The shower was fine and expected of a unit in Paris, however, water from the shower area easily spilled over and wet the rest of the bathroom. Thankfully there was a mop provided on hand which made clean up easier. Easily manageable with slight modifications to the layout. Secondly, although the unit was meant to accommodate upto 4 people, the hot water would run out by the time the 4th person took a shower - we had to keep our showers to less than 3minutes each to overcome the issue. Lastly, because they have used a pressure-assisted flush system (like those in planes/trains) to save space in the bathroom - the loud flush sound was quite shocking whenever someone had to use the loo in the middle of the night!!

  : The structure was not big enough for 4 people,the wc lost water and it was continually flooded!! Absolutely not recommended!!

  : The property does not look like in the pictures. Is very cold and shady inside. The bathroom door couldnt be closed properly. A minus for clean as well. The floor was dirty. I would not choose again this apartment.
