  : Its not clean, not comfortable and apt. was on street level so didn't feel comfortable opening shutters. No proper ventilation, if you want to turn on portable AC you must open windows but outside was very hot- no sense. Owner said that they cleaned before our entrance but obviously didnt true. The sofa bed in the living room wasnt very comfortable, bed sheets was not clean (my daughter got head lice, so Im still shocked) also the dinning chair are a bit wobbly.

  : Its advertised as having A/C. There is a portable unit in the apartment but its not vented therefore useless. You have hot air blowing back in from the exhaust plastic pipe.Also, lacking in basics. No corkscrew or bottle opener, no trash can liners, one roll of toilet paper for a weeks stay for two..We were also told after we paid in full that they will grant us linens and towels but we needed to wash them or be charged!We only had bath towels. They also provided one laundry detergent pod so we needed to buy detergent to actually wash all sheets and towels as the washer is too small to handle it all in one load.

  : The pictures are misleading, as they dont differentiate between apt 1 and 2. Neither does the booking section. The two apts are very different. Apt 1 is stuffy, has no windows in the bedroom, no proper AC, not even a reading light at the bed side. Given the overkiller cancellation policy and the lengthy-lengthy list of other rules, I felt stuck and taken advantage of. It is also facing the garbage area inside the courtyard and feels like living on a land field in the summer. The uncleaned toilette and generally poor cleaning add to the disappointment and odour. With dust allergies, go elsewhere. Staff paid lip service to my requests. I asked to clean the toilette and to provide a reading light. They could not find time during my 7 day stay to do either. At the end I was reminded I got free towels and forgot to put linen in the washing machine but was not charged kindly. Perhaps apt 2 is better cleaned and its tenants are better cared for. For the great location, I may give them a second chance.

  : An excellent location on a quiet street about three blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. A fridge, cooktop and washing machine were included in the apartment. Air conditioning in the apartment was appreciated, Easy access to the Metro and buses. Internet was excellent. The building was quiet as well.
  : We tried to access the shuttle advertised in the listing, but were unable to do so. A fan was provided for the bedroom, but air conditioning (which was in the living area) would have been nice.

  : I like the fact that it is situated in central position
  : Unfortunately, there was bad communication with the property. I called them twice to understand a charge, they either hung up on me or yelling me in French, cause not other language is spoken. After paying the stay, they start requesting more money (righteously for the deposit). the problem is that on Booking is written upon arrival, and they requested prior. Not in the best manner. Also, the number of the location is wrong and nobody will help you how to access it.After we had the chance to enter (40 min later), this is not how I will define LUXURY. Booking need to review their staying selection. This place will make a lot of people unhappy.
