  : Location, clean, communicative staff.
  : Excellent location! They were very quick to respond about inquiries and the check-in process was very easy. The place is clean and the furniture is comfortable. However, other than plates and silverware, no basic food ingredients (salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices...). Also, no automatic dishwasher powder and only 1.5 roll of toilet paper - five adults, 4 days. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a very narrow and winding staircase and NO ELEVATOR. This would be okay if we didn't have five big suitcases and a baby stroller.

  : To be charged extra for shower soaps and cleaning products is poor. As a doctor I dont believe you can say you are Covid safe by making these products extra.

  : Cool beautiful clean apartment.
  : Check-in at the hotel. You need to be at a specific time, but if you are by car, with children, traffic jams in the city, it is impossible to do this. It was unpleasant and nervous. Although we said in advance what time we would be. In the end, everything ended well, they waited for us and did not leave us at the door with children and grandmothers in 37 degree heat under the door

  : location was great near Metro and all the restaurants, DUY the person for contact was great too

  : Location, close to Metro, reasonably quiet city street, near restaurants
  : Not their fault, but it should be clearer that the stairs are narrow, tall and large people would not be comfortable in this unit. Toilet room is very small. Save the thirteen euros and bring your own cleaning supplies

  : + Excellent location. + Larger than expected. + Layout is weird (shower bathroom by each bedroom but toilet is in a separate location.
  : - STAIRS - narrow stairwell. Can't remember how many flights of stairs (4?) but it was non-insignificant. No elevators so if you have a lot of heavy suitcases like we did, it's tough hauling. - Wifi was super slow. Couldn't do any work. Maybe that's a good thing. - There was practically no supplies provided. No soap, shampoo, detergent, dishwashing pellets, etc. I don't know if this is a French or Paris thing or not but at a place like this elsewhere I would have at least expected some soap. There was toilet paper though. Next to the stairs and slow wifi this was probably the biggest knock for us. - Water kettle was unusable (key for us since we have little kids). - Toilet is in a rather narrow room. I'm 5'11" and 210 pounds and found that I barely fit. My problem for being a fat American in Paris, I understand. But still. - Had to schedule meeting w/ host to collect keys which was pretty inconvenient - definitely not contact-free nor hassle-free. We felt really bad because we were so late meeting them due to delays on our end and had to reschedule multiple times. The guy was managing a lot of properties and we made him late to his many other meetings.
