  : The apartment is well situated for exploring Paris. Communication with our host was excellent and everything we needed we found in the property. Bistrot Victoires was a fantastic recommendation for dinner and there are good coffee shops and grocery shops locally. This is an excellent apartment for a couple. The children in our group slept in the bedroom and got a very good and comfortable night’s sleep with no noise disturbances.
  : My husband and I were on the sofa bed in the living area which was a little bit uncomfortable and a little noisy on the Friday night (to be expected in a busy city).

  : Location of appartment is perfect, close to metros and supermarket and situated on a street with lots of life, estaurants, bars.. Appartment is practical, kitchen/living room space is open, room next door is nice. Stove is on induction, so one can cook a meal in 10 minutes. The system of locking is effective, so although having appartment above the busy street, one can feel safe.
  : Although they knew we are 4 persons, the sofa in the living room that served as a bed wasnt ready. It's true that was easy to open it, but I was surprised that there was no pile of clean sheets, blankets prepared. There was a sheet already on, that didnt look too clean and the same was true for 2 pillow (maybe just cheap material, that is usually not used at accommodation providers) .Its a but strange to have toilet, shower and sink all in different places/rooms, but I understand that is how it can be done in such a flat.They said in their broshure that there is free WiFi in Paris city and the appartment will give a code. On the spot we learned that currently this doesn't work due to corona. No problem, but could be advised earlier.Tv was supposed to have netflix, however when children wanted to see a movie in the evening, netflix programs showed that it should be paid - netflix wasnt working. Again, we were not in Paris for TV, but we just doesn't like when things are promised and then you find on the spor that they aren't there.

  : A cute apartment. The location is very central. It's in a busy street that is very noisy, but that wasn't a problem. Although I didn't saw Alexandre, he made sure I was well informed about everything that I needed to know. Definitely a recommendation for your stay in the city centre of Paris if you can stand some noise.
  : The toilet seat fell down, so we kept it off. And the sink of the shower had a smell.

  : There is a lovely 'buzz' about Sentier. This apartment is superbly located being within a 3 minute walk of an area full of bars, cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, fromageries etc etc. The closest metro station is only 1 minute away and you are also only a 10 or 15 minute walk away from Chatelet les Halles ...a real 'hub'.The apartment is very well equipped, having both a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob and full-sized oven. The host was very helpful and the key collection instructions and information given were very clear.
  : The apartment was very clean but its decor is a little 'tired'; however, this did not detract from all of its positive attributes.

  : - the location is fantastic- the facilities (the coffee machine and the casules for our stay, big fridge, TV, internet, all tou need)- the appartment is spatious

  : Unfortunately, the location is all that I can say is good about this property. But to be fair, it might be a decent spot for a winter trip for no more than 2 guests that don't particularly care about aesthetics.
  : This apartment seems to have been thrown together by a couple of friends that do not specialize in building. There were holes in the walls around the water heater, bathroom plumbing, and window. The apartment had plywood walls/floors/counter tops (for me personally, this is not artistic....this is shoddy and cheap). The tiny bathroom had no ventilation and I thought I would pass out if I had to be in there for more than 1 minute. Admittedly, we were in Paris during very hot weather but the advertisement stated air-conditioning, however, it did not cool the place at all. It actually heated the place more because of the flexible piping connected to it got so hot that it radiated additional heat throughout the apartment. So we ended up opening the window and using the fans. There were four of us but we only had 3 towels, so one couple had to share a towel. The sofa bed was less than desirable. I didn't spot a mouse (thank goodness) but the mouse trap in the closet sent a bad signal.
