Atypique apartment - Saint-Germain des Prés

  : The beds are comfortable and have just enough space for 4persons. The location was perfect, just walking distance to many of the places of interest.
  : The apartment was clairaudient, the Bathroom/toilet door can't be closed, the kitchen was not useable and rusted, the kitchen utensils are not cleaned wasched...maybe it's been a while that the place was not been used. But we did not use the kitchen anyway just the glases for drinking and there are many good Restaurants just around the corner.

  : It is a small renovated apartment in the hart of Paris, in an old building on the second floor. Two rooms and bathroom with shower, connecting them with a small corridor. Sill, big enough to host a family of 4 for a weekend or a couple of weeks. Close to a supermarket and all public transportation. With a bus 95 to Louvre museum and/or Montmartre and the metro #4 to the Chatelet station. There are 2 parking garages close by, walking distance of 10-15 min. The apartment was clean and the linens were freshly washed. There is a small kitchen ideal for a family dinner in the evening after the sightseeing. Warm & cosy during our winter visit. The main bed has an unbelievably comfortable mattress and the fold out bed was also surprisingly very comfortable. We would love to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy Paris again. The host was very nice & friendly, offered to help out if needed. He has welcomed us when we arrived, gave us the key, helped with the luggage and showed us all in the apartment. Also, how to use the key code when coming inside the building. WiFi was optimal and there is a big screen TV for the Netflix lovers.

  : absolutely loved it here - the photos don't do the place justice and the bathroom has recently been renovated to have a normal shower and a sleek, modern look! perfect location, within walking distance of all main attractions, shops, supermarkets and public transport! great facilities, cleanliness and look, I will be recommending it to all my friends and family!
  : only thing would be nice to have an actual oven instead of just a hob and microwave but you can still cook good food with the facilities available

  : Lots of character, very central, lots of good restaurants nearby.
  : Missing some basic supplies (um, wineglasses?). No info on where to find things like extra blankets or how to work washer etc. Had major problems with the power cutting out, and no rebate offered. Host would not let me pay through Booking.com, cash or paypal only - very sketchy.

  : Really great location conveniently near metro, restaurants and sites like Muse d'Orsay, the Catacombs etc. Nice view from big windows of Rue du Sabot. Main bed was comfy.
  : No hot water in kitchen or shower. Very disappointing.Glassware in cupboards was dirty with lip and fingerprints. Check-in was a bit awkward. Upholstery quite stained and dingy.

  : On the 2nd floor but with no elevator! Stairs where narrow and tall so it was pretty difficult to take the suitcases upstairs..

  : we arrived at 12 to drop off our bags and we were told to text a woman before we wanted to drop them off. we texted her and she told us she would meet us there, but it was a different person there who checked us in but the apartment was being lived in at the time. we collected the key and said we would return at 3 to properly check in and when we arrived back, the door was wide open, nobody was there, even though our luggage was left inside. we left for the evening and at 9:30 pm, the woman we originally texted messaged me saying what time will you arrive and I told her that we already arrived and collected the key (even though she knew this) and she then said good evening I would like to know where you were because I am in the apartment and I am waiting for you. we were not told that she would want to meet us and it was quite late to be texting this. I told her we were half an hour away but we soon left to go back to the apt. I texted her on the way to see if she was still at the apt and she said yes but when we got there, there was nobody there and she never followed up which was very strange. I also texted the host, Mehdi, about a hairdryer (the booking stated there would be a hairdryer available for the guests) and he told me to check the bedroom and when I told him it wasnt there he never replied which was also strange.
