  : The apartment was spotlessly clean and all the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is well situated for seeing the sites in Paris - it is very central with good metro links.

  : Unfortunately this apartment doesnt match the previous reviews. We stayed for 5 nights and it was a stressful stay. We typically go on holiday twice a year and always use booking.com and this is the first time we have had an issue. The apartment is dusty. On arrival I ended up having to hoover the upholstery to get rid of as much dust as possible as my daughter has asthma. I contacted the owners and they simply ended up cancelling my booking so that I would get the cleaning fee back. Imagine going on holiday and you need to hoover when you arrive! Then the big issue - the mosquitos. The apartment had an infestation. I had to hoover every morning and evening to get rid of these blood suckers. On contacting the owners I expected them to sort out a deep clean / a specialist company - but no. Nothing. They advised it was down to me to look after my kids after my daughter kept on being bitter and they couldnt control the mosquitos. They even suggested I had bought them with me! So twice a day, morning and night, I had to hoover the apartment to get rid of as many of the mosquitos as possible - imagine having to do this on holiday. Now I get that the owners cant do much about the climate however they can deal with mosquito by getting a specialist company in. They only care about profit. Part way through the stay I contacted booking.com and asked for options. They advised that they would cancel the stay and do a pro rata refund however given the short notice there were no other apartments available in our location so we had to stay. Upon complaining to the owners they also suggested the same thing (which was the decision from booking.com - not them being helpful!)I contacted the owners on our return asking for a partial refund for the stress of the stay and it clearly didnt meet expectations. They refused. We use booking.com twice a year and have never had this issue before. All I can suggest is - avoid.
