: Very nice refurbished 2-room flat, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom incl. washing machine and drier. Modern if not too big lift. Good location for both eating out and sightseeing / walking distance to several subway stations. Parking available in a nearby garage. Surprisingly quiet. Friendly and helpful host. Ideal for romantic or family stay in Paris.

: Perfect Location, Close to the Metro. The Arena around Canal St. Martin is nice. A lot of shops, Caf, Restaurant, Supermarket around the corner.The flat itself is clean, the size is good for 4 persons. Luca ist a perfect host and all the time available. He has the right recommendations available to make your stay perfect.There are not many appartments in Paris which provides a similar comfort.
: The complaints are minor. Following items should be added to make the life easier.There should bei a little upgrade for the kitchen.A teapot to make tea.Bigger cups for the coffee and tea. Espresso Cups are available but to small for a tea or coffee with milk.A small wiping cloth and dry towel ist helpful to clean the surface in the kitchen and on the table.

: Luca, the owner was accessible any time via WhatsApp, guided and supported, and handed over and introduced apartment personally. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and all rooms in total. The excellent Italian coffee (machine) was for free - and additional supply. Luca also allowed us to keep the luggage in the flat for the final day, and delivered the luggage personally at the door to ensure we made it on time to the East Station Paris. Thx Luca. Looking fw to see you again - maybe in spring !
: The apartment size is exceptionally perfect, well equipped, brand new renovated including ADW and tumbler. Perfect for 2 people and still very good for 3 people. 4 people can be a bit tight - depending on family/friendship situation. We would definitely come back soon .... during spring and/or autumn tome !
