  : Location is great. Staff pleasant and available 24 hours.
  : The room on my door didn’t lock so I was unable to sleep and didn’t feel safe. Not what I expected when paying for a private room. I was a solo female traveller so didn’t feel comfortable telling the males on reception my door didn’t lock and had to push a chair against the door whilst inside and take all my valuables out whilst outside the room.

  : Very excellent location, within walking distance to major attractions such as Notre Dame cathedral, as well as to metro stations. Hot water kettle, coffee and tea sachets to make drinks in my room. Staff waa very friendly and helpful.
  : Wifi and mobile data signals were non-existent in my room. Safe deposit box was very small so it was not possible to store my laptop inside.

  : Walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Fun neighborhood with bars and restaurants
  : More coffee in the room. Needed to ask for it to be replenished and only got two. I like a couple coffees in the morning as well as my husband. We knew the room would be small, and it certainly of was.

  : Good location with lot of bars and restaurants / terraces around, nice clean room, good shower, nice hotel
  : On my reservation I asked for a quiet room but they gave me exactly the opposite. The room was directly over the street with a motorbike station just bellow my bedroom so every time a motorbike arrived or departure during the night I was waken up. Also one window was not closing properly which did not help.The last night I only managed to sleep about 3 hours. It's a shame because there was many quiet rooms on the back side of the hotel.Also on my reservation done 3 months before, it said "no prepayment required, you pay all at the property" but they actually needed a pre authorization of about 200 euros 4 days before the arrival date - and so when they tried to take it, it was refused by my UK bank. I then received emails with "Invalid credit card details" and "your booking will be cancelled within 6 hours etc. My credit card details were correct!! it's just that I had to give authorization to my bank. All this stress could have been avoided if they had just charge me the 200 euros at the time of booking.
