  : The hotel is advertised as a 5 star, property, but that is a very generous assessment. The hotel lacked many basic amenities of 5-star properties. The breakfast bar was very simple, staff was limited and not super helpful given multiple duties they played.

  : The hotel was excellent in most ways, location was great, rooms were nice and clean, BUT . we drove from Oslo straight from our wedding day, and i communicated with their concierge several days ahead of arrival. I told them that it was our honeymoon and i would love if they could make the stay a just that little better for her, I was told i could Pay 160 euro for a flower package , which i accepted and told them what tim we would be i paris, so the flowers would be freshy displayed. When we arrived to the hotel. They were absolutely not informed about the occasion we were there to celebrate and we got a.room on the first floor, even if i paid for a deluxe room with an a view to the "garden" the room could have been higher up in the building. and ofcourse NO flowers... Because of this i will probably never stay at this hotel again, even though the staff were decent and helpful in all other ways. I and never once got got any apology for what had happened to the famous flowers.....
  : The staff should and could have made our stay better just by being a little more positive. And remembering how important the stay was for us...

  : Terry and Rue were the best honestly.
  : The bathrooms toilet were dirty , I had to ask to clean them.There was a bad smell coming out of the shower

  : Breakfast is okay. too less food to chosse.
  : We ordered two room, one of the room has two single bed, which is too narrow, can't turn over. and the room is on the road side, there is construction starting from 8AM. both two room is smaller than I thought.

  : Great location Comfortable beds.
  : Not a 5* hotel. Breakfast was really bad. Everyday same bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs from powder. Somedays there were none vegetables. Complementary water only on first day. Overall this hotel dont deserve to have 5*. 4 max. There are plenty cheaper ones.

  : The room was smaller than indicated in the description. The service was very poor, very unresponsive. We asked concierge to reserve the restaurant for the dinner but it turned out he just forgot about it and we were turned away at the restaurant. Overall it is not 5 star hotel service, you dont have water every day in your room included, etc
