  : The location was good
  : The quality of the room was below expectations. Pictures were misleading. There was almost never anybody at the reception. The room had issues, for example lack of amenities, most of the lights didn't work, light switches didn't work, problems with the toilet. We booked twin room for 3 nights. They gave us one full bed and then a portable bed, which was hard, too small and uncomfortable. We were sent to stay at the other side of the city for the first night as they said there were issues with the room, but the issues weren't fixed on the next day.

  : it is located on a cute road, accessible to train stations and buses etc
  : the staff were a bit iffy, couldve been a lot friendlier borderline felt like I got scammed because one day they charged me to put luggage behind reception and the next day I didnt have to pay and I couldve kept my luggage in the lounge area by reception

  : The summary of my feedback is never to book at this place under all conditionsI wish there is a -ve rating to give thereI spent 5 nights there1st day that lady took 90 minutes to check me in , she called booking.com like 5 or 6 timesThe listing says they can speak English, Arabic, French & Italian , she barely speaks English, no Arabic at allFinally after the check in she started listing rules for me , towels are changed every other day , there is an outside door that she close at 9pm & she gave me copy of the key to get in after 9pmRules were weird for me & she didnt mention about cleaning the room, only changing towels, I was tired from long flight & wanted to take a shower so I just said okayAlso Wifi was down for that day she said1st day I returned at night & got to my room2nd day I left around 8:30 am the place ( supposed to be a hotel ) was still closed & no one on the front desk, I returned back at 9:07 pm the door was stuck & wasnt able to get inI kept knocking the door, yelling at them maybe any guest or worker can hear me , an open window for that room above the door but light was closedPassengers in the street tried to help me with the door, calling their phone & yelling too but no one helpedFinally I threw a coin on that open window & luckily it did hit it , that was the room for the reception ladyShe came down & opened the door after 20 minutes from being stuck outI called booking.
