  : Friendly staff, excellent location with so many bars and restaurants very close, add to that the superb Metro right outside! There is an electrically operated blind on the outside of the window, ours had an impressive view of the Montparnasse Tower. Even though the hotel is on the corner of a busy road junction the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, the shower is amazing too although the bathroom was in need of some updating, however this did not detract from our satisfaction. Breakfast was available but we did not try it as we tend not to eat early.
  : Nothing, we will return if were in Paris in the future.

  : Good location when you have a early train the next day. BUT..
  : Not clean:Besides the mold on the wall, the sheet were dirty (blood stain/hair), went to front desk to ask for them to change my sheets. The person there gave me new sheets, didnt say he was sorry nor plan for someone to change the sheets. First time I am changing my sheets in an hotel, especially at this price. Very poor quality price ratio considering the experience. Clean is a must!

  : The location was excellent and the standard of rooms was very good with respect to the cost of the stay
  : The staff were not too forthcoming. I thought I had been locked out when I arrived back at midnight after a dinner with colleagues. A man let me in however he proceeded to try and keep me chatting. Maybe he was bored. He seemed ok however as a lone female, it was a bit uncomfortable as the hotel lobby was in darkness and we have to be vigilant of our personal safety. Breakfast completely let the place down. It was overpriced considering the poor service and limited choice. I had an early train to catch so needed to be there at 7am when it opened. Everywhere was in darkness at 7am, the man from last night did my checkout and told me the breakfast lady had not turned up yet. He then started to cut bread to help her but I didn't see him wash his hands first. The lady showed up at 7.05 and it took her until 7.20 to set up the breakfast. It was very much DIY after that and she didn't communicate at all - there was no apology from either of them for the tardiness and now several people were also waiting. I ate some cereals very quickly and gulped a drink from the machine (neither of which were what I wanted but better than nothing) as I had to leave for my train.
