  : property was in a very nice location, mattress were very comfortable and the place was very quiet. bathroom is renewed
  : at the description was saying that was oven, what is not true. also the property was very dusty, and we had to clean to be able to stay there. and we decided to remove the rug and live it under the bed also all the soap and shampoo that is on the description of the place are bits that other guests left behind

  : Location and value were excellent. It was quaint but a tight fit for four people. Surrounded by cafs, boulangeries, brasseries and galleries, this property is perfect for one or two couples wanting to soak in the Paris experience. Steps from Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter.
  : The apartment had a damp, musty smell that was difficult to get rid of. Neighbors above seemed very noisy late at night, loud footfalls and banging above from about 10pm until midnight.

  : The location, is fabulous. Beds were ok, with clean linen.
  : The property was in a poor state of repair, open wiring in some sockets, lights that would intermittently not turn on. Bulbs missing from other light fixtures. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and had lots of mould (I purchased mould remover before using the shower). The property smelt musty due to poor ventilation. Sections of the floor were poorly fitted and lifting, making it unsafe to walk on in the main living area. The kitchen cupboards were poorly fitted, a general lack of maintenance for the entire property.

  : the location and it was pretty quiet. good size for a family of 4
  : There was no connection with anyone just a property management company. We were asked to depart at 9am and the shop with the keysafe did not open until 10am. the property only had 1 set of keys. The decor and the furniture were pretty tired and need updating- although they were clean the pillows etc were old. there was also a dirty tea towel, dishes that were not fully clean and pots left in the drainer when we arrived. i assume the property had been cleaned but not to a great standard.

  : The property needs total renovation. Some of the furniture are damaged (broken cabinets, disorganized items, even there was a plastic of rubbish not collected and left by previous occupants during our check-in)
