  : Some furniture are old and small, especially the bathroom. There is a high extra charge for late check-in.

  : Excellent location : supermarkets, open- air market, restaurants and any other kind of shop just below the house ; near to Ternes metro station, 15 minutes walk far from Porte Maillot (Paris-Beauvais shuttle station), 10 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and automatic metro line 1 (really useful during means of transports' strike !); very quite apartment located in a small square closed to traffic. Typical apartment in a period building and with period part of forniture and finishes. Helpful host for late check- in and check- out.
  : Very hold apartment that need to be totally renovated ; not acceptable third bed, with a broken slat and dirty mattress, pillow and duvet; dirty carpets and general careless cleaning; few and mismatched dishes. A great pity for an apartment with many possibilities!
