  : Perfect location, central on the top of Mont Martre, in the middle of Place Du Tertre. There is life und arts all around. Good food courts around 10 different within 50 Meters far. Sacre Coeur Church 60 Meters far. Nice authentic parisian small rooms with modern interieur.
  : As we have been there first time in Sep 2019 we discovered now in Sep 2021 that a few renovation issues and reparing / mainanance issues did not happen during corona time:1) The wooden floor panel is growing up 15mm in front of kitchen now and if you walk out of the bathroom you can hurt your toes what happened the second time with me. Just 4 Spax-screws would fix this issue.2) Kitchen light was missing - replacement pending3) light in the staircase in front of the room was broken so you cant easily open the door without handylamp.4) Under-the-bed drawer was not fixed correctly so my wife hurtet her leg with a 10cm long bloody scratch caused by the open screw there. I fixed this in a makeshift repair but still not perfect. Somebody can hurt again !5) squeaky bed: If you book in Paris as a couple a quite bed would be perfect for those who not only sleep there... some olive oil as an interims solution fixed the open skrew and queeking issue at the big double bunk bed.6) Nice that there is a Nespresso coffee machine but NO Nespresso coffe-pads for this machone at all available. Need to search for grocery first who have them available...So as a summery im asking the Landlords here - if you have 300 rooms around Paris - available for booking.com guests and IF YOU ASK FOR 300€ deposit for every stay, i have consequently to ask: Why are you NOT USING the deposit's of thos who destroy for reparing those many issues !You are the only landlord who is asking for a DEPOSIT - and this in my complete booking.com career - and this have been many stays worldwide. Taking deposits for booking.com guests is "outdated".Kurt & Mila

  : The hosts were very welcoming and helpful upon my arrival and throughout the stay. The flat has a lovely view of the square and there are no loud noises keeping you up. There is a great French bistro with natural wine just outside as well as some of the best views you're likely to get in Paris. I did not do my research and therefor was not counting on how many steps I would need to climb to get to and from every day but the walk was great in the end even though my muscles were sore. I am very likely to stay there again.
  : The flat was perfect for my travels. I did not use the kitchen facilities so I can not judge on that.

  : Nice charming lively location with things to do and see. Small kitchenette where you can prepare small things.
  : The bathroom is very small, I am 6'5 and it was a very tight fit. Probably not an issue if you are more normal sized. Also does not have AC but does have a fan. One of the days we were there was 90+ degrees so it was a bit uncomfortable.

  : really nice location, waking up next to sacré cœur is breathtaking enough space for clothes and your accessories good value for money regarding the location the space overall and the state of the room it can fit more people than just a couple but the upper bed is a bit unstable .. polite hostesses and easy transaction w card for the caution and city taxes
  : pretty small bathroom and the window stores was stuck somehow so we had the sun every morning waking us up as curtain was not big enough .. also quite a lot of noise from the backyard - it was hot so had to leave a window open but we woke up several times during the night from the people passing through the back yard just under the window
