Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Central location bed and washing facilities adequate
  : The fact that it States soundproofing on the advert customers would think no noise can be heard. Whilst in fact the rooms are not soundproofed by a long chalk. All noises from each room are transmitted into the adjoining corridors. A very uncomfortable feeling to say the least.Even from external sources from the roads and street noise. This very much brings the value right down.The way things are positioned in the restaurant area and presentation of food stuff. Really needs to be thought out. Where you have around 6 people in this area for breakfast then no room to move freely without annoying the other customers.Even the food choice needs to be adjusted. Poor choices.

  : Loved the vibe of the rooms, the bathroom and the friendly staff. The hotel is nicely situated in a dynamic neighborhood with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants...
  : You should double check the cleanliness of the rooms before letting customer discover some nasty things. Other than that nothing else to say.

  : The room was quirky and came with a balcony but we had to move the bed to open the window to step up and over the window and once you are out, you have a lovely view with a small table and 2 chairs. Staff always very friendly and every day in reception the hotel offered free of charge - water, coffee, sweets, pastries. Great location and 5 min walk to Blanche metro and Moulin Rouge. Very safe location and easy access to many sights.
  : Breakfast included in the room was a little chaotic and housed in a very small cellar room and not much food available if you arrive after 9am and items like french bread, cheese, cold meats, boiled eggs not topped up, so the buffet breakfast was limited. For this reason, I did not bother with breakfast on our second day. The room was very small but that is standard for Paris. The bathroom could do with an update and due to warm weather (23-24c) the shower drain was a little smelling. Aircon did work but was preset at 19c and could not be changed. The system is old and needs replacing as made a noise and temp in our room showed 25c, so the aircon seemed ineffective and we had to open the main window for fresh air at night but could be noisy for some people.

  : The single rooms were beside the stairwell and it was quite noisy with guests going up and down the stairs at night.

  : The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed in the one-person bedrooms, as we were traveling just quickly for work. The rooms were much more spacious than I had imagined, with plenty of room to walk around and a big closet. Comfy bed and great air conditioning system that cooled down the room well.
  : To be honest the room needed a refresh. It just felt a bit tired and I would not say it felt like a 4* hotel with the way things had aged as well as the finishings and ammenities. However, maybe this is just for the one person rooms. And I will say the room was clean!
