  : Our experience was disappointing and we would caution others against booking here.The room, located in a run-down area with social issues like drug and alcohol misuse, lacked proper ventilation and had various maintenance issues such as broken appliances (lights, lightbulbs, TV), damaged furniture (bedside cabinets, shelf above sink, towel hooks, clock, curtains, window) and no central heating (only a plug-in heater) or extractor fan for cooking. The bathroom was small and unclean, with small sized towels and mould in between most of the tiles. The mattress was comfortable but you only get one wafer-thin pillow each so it became uncomfortable to sleep due to this.Despite being asked to confirm our arrival time of 11am weeks in advance, Hadi messaged us the night before saying that we couldn't check in until 3pm. We eventually agreed on 12pm to allow time for the cleaner to finish. She was still there even at this time so we walked into an apartment that wasnt clean and smelt heavily of fish.We were expecting to pay city tax of 5 pp, per night- totalling 50 for our whole stay. Hadi told us it was now meant to be 14.95 pp, per night due to an increase that started at the beginning of 2024. He showed us a sheet, in French, by means of proving to us that this was true, and stated that we needed to pay 150. Finding this hard to believe, I looked up the new rates via the Paris Je Taime website and found that the rate he attempted to charge us was for what the French call Palaces or, 5-star luxury accommodation, which this is most definitely not.

  : Apartment was comfortable and conveniently located. Hadi, our contact person, was kind, helpful, and charming. This apartment is a great value.
  : There was very little sound separation from neighboring apartments and quite a lot of street noise. But we spent little time at the apartment so the noise presented only a slight annoyance.

  : HIdi met us at the door. The place was located in a nice neighborhood a lot of restaurants around it. Le Chateau Rouge metro was a 7 min from the property.
  : The host help me with the taxi to the airport at 4 am, Amazing!! The property is in a great location.
