  : The apartment is conveniently located. There was easy walking access to restaurants, bars, sights, nightlife etc. Having 2 full bathrooms for our family of 6 was a plus.
  : The apartment was hot especially at night as there is no air conditioning and we were not comfortable leaving the windows open. The apartment is located on a very busy strip and when the windows are open, persons passing can see in and a lot of noise from cars and people filter in as well. There were 2 fans and a portable AC unit which was not working. I asked for 2 more fans and only got 1 more delivered 2 days before we were leaving. I was told the person to fix the AC was unavailable. The kitchen utensils were inadequate. There were no utensils for cooking or frying - no spatula, pot spoons etc. I sent feedback to the host on this issue but it was never rectified. We saw a rat in the apartment on one of the days. I reported it but didn't get any response about this. The street the apartment is in is very lively and full of restaurants so there was a lot of garbage and we did see rats at night on the street. One must have come in to the apartment. The location of the apartment is such that there will likely be a lot of noise especially at night. This was not an issue for us as we were always out late but for persons who want some quiet especially at night, the noise factor is important to be aware of.Overall, we had several issues which I immediately raised with Customer Service. While their response back acknowledging my concerns was always timely, the actions required to address my concerns were either delayed or not forthcoming.

  : The location is very good. Centrally situated, with immediate access to the metro. Next door to the Westfield mall and lots of places to eat. Clean apartment
  : Spent over 3hrs in a cold hallway, looking like a refugee, waiting for the host to provide the access codes. Kept calling the host without response, had to engage Booking.com who also could not reach the host. Was at the point of going looking for alternative hotel arrangements before Booking.com reached the host. A good samaritan came out to help with data access and informed us that this is the usual practise for the host. Previous guests have had the same experience.

  : Excellent location. Kitchen was well equiped. Spacious apartment.
  : We had difficulty accessing the apartment as the lock was malfunctioning yet we were unable to contact anyone for help. Hosts need to offer access to immediate support if using self check in. Also note that you need mobile data to access the apartment digitally. No air conditioning so not very comfortable in July but would be fine in cooler weather.

  : Unable to access the apartment as the digital lock did not work. We were able to access the front door and the inner lobby barred door. Neither the app or the code worked on the apartment door. Used the online help and phoned for about 30 mins before they agreed a member of staff needed to be sent out. Pleasant member of staff arrived after about 30 minutes but with an old key so had to wait another 20 for them to return with the correct key. This meant that for our stay we had one key between five adults. Mouse in one of the bedrooms. Very limited amount of cutlery eg a fork each ridiculous for an apartment with a dishwasher at this price.
