  : Very responsive staff, especially Paul who supported us on our arrival and quickly fixed all issues. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, available linen, towels, bathroom things, kitchen stuff, coffee, tea, etc. Very good location, close to the city centre, metro stations and restaurants.
  : I didn't know I will have to provide credit card details through whatsapp instead meeting the host, but at the end it was ok, they needed only first numbers of CC. The activation code to the apartment in the app was incorrect, so I had to call, but I got the correct one immediately from Paul. Keys were supposed to be in the apartment but they werent - again quick response from Paul who dropped them in the apartment the day after. The pictures in the photos at booking.com site are collected from various apartments, not only this one (or they are not up to date)! So we were surprised. But the apartment was nice and comfortable at the end.

  : Location was excellent for central city attraction, cafe etc. Rooms were large and comfortable.
  : The apartment did not have and street facing or windows that provided sufficent natural light to feel pleasant. This might be normal for Paris in the way buildings are designed. However it is a shame for this apartment as it is presented as a premium tourist experience. The room also had an electronic dead lock on the only exit door. It was only possible to exit using a smartphone application. I feel this is a very high safety risk in the case of a fire. If there was an alternative exit method no instructions were provided. A key was provided however it appeared to only allow entry and not exit. Also note there is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash your dishes the manual way.

  : Great, spacious apartment. Modern, with full kitchen and facilities. Late night check-in was very easy - I had communication with a representative via WhatsApp until we were in the apartment. Main attractions were within a 30 mins (walking) radius.
  : It was very hot and there was no air-conditioning. However, there were lots of pedestal fans available, which made the heat bearable.

  : Not much daily light, windows overlooking inner courtyard, but we were out whole day so it wasn't that important

  : 1.My daughter was bitten by bed bug on her face,legs and hands,totally disaster!2.We stay for 10 nights, but they said if we want to house keeping,we have to pay 100eu.3.The carpets are dirty.4.We paid for the transfer service to airport and told them don't forget carseat for children, but the driver still forgot.5. On friday night, the neighbors in this building had party and we're very loud till midnight.
