  : Great location, bus routes on Rue Bertholet and around the corner, metro 6 blocks away; safe neighborhood and very secure apartment and building; restaurants, shops groceries very near; Latin Quarter is very walkable with many points of interest. We always enjoy having a kitchen--induction cooktop, refrigerator, dish washer were great! Has a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. We would stay there again and recommend.
  : Could have used a few amenities in the kitchen: glasses, cups, utensils, dish towels, shelving in shower for soap, shampoo, etc.

  : Comfortable bed and shower - host is really niceApartment has almost everything u need.Location is good ; close to metro line 7 (7min walk) and bus station port royal Many shops around (carrefour, monop, franprix) and coffee shops/ restaurant in Rue Mouffetard.
  : There is no AC - there's just a small Dyson fan that isnt really enough during hot weatherThe apartment is on the ground floor with a small garden in the backyard.If u open the windows, mosquitoes will bite you all night long!! And if u close the window, u won't sleep because of the hot weather.+ there's a guy who picks up the trash daily at 6 am - so since ur on GF with windows open, u will wake up for sure!! I also recommend installing security bars for the windowsWhen we checked it , the appartment wasnt really clean, we had to call Philippe for help.

  : The apartment is really nice. It has everything we needed and it was really cozy. It has an amazing waterfall shower, nice little kitchen and enough space to sleep and enjoy a slow morning before getting on adventures in the city :) My 5 years old was really excited about the bed and we slept really well on it too. The host is very sweet and kind, flexible and respectful, so we really enjoyed our stay.
  : We liked it all, The only small thing missing was an option to sit outside, but that's probably due to late summer time when we visited.

  : Philippe is really good in communication, and really thankful to him for allowing us checking in earlier. We had a good stay. The place is good enough for a couple like us. The shower is really nice.
  : Nothing, just no microwave for heating up food, otherwise everything is good.
