  : The hotel was situated in a very convenient and calm location and the staff was friendly
  : The breakfast had limited to non vegan options, something I didn't expect given that the restaurant there is vegetarian. At least a plant based milk or some veggies would be enough. Also, it would be more comfortable if there was a kettle in the room.

  : The hotel was in a great location, really close to the Eiffel Tower and two Metro stations, as well as the huge Beaugrenelle Mall. It's very modern and the room and bathroom were very clean. The heated towel rail was a very welcome feature in the bathroom. There was also a hairdryer. The room was very quiet too, at the rear of the hotel. The retro gaming theme was great. But there is no longer a robot self check in, as mentioned in a recent newspaper article, so don't expect that! Most of the staff were very polite and helpful, but at least one male staff member is really quite sarcastic and has a bit of an attitude problem.
  : I thought that the green light motion sensor on the bedroom ceiling was very annoying and it came on and woke me up several times each night, every time one of us turned over in bed! The shower gel dispenser was leaking thick, smelly brown oil down the wall of the shower, which was very unpleasant. I don't like soap or shower gel dispensers, I prefer individual small bottles, but I understand this is probably due to trying to save on plastic use. The bath towels were very small and could definitely do with being much bigger. The shower door also leaks, this needs attention. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive and aimed at vegetarian clients. Not very family friendly, food wise. The hotel reception and bar does sell limited food items but not a great selection. Much better to just eat out! It's also a shame there isn't a fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. We arrived earlier than check in time, so went out for about 4 hours and still waited for another two hours in the lobby when we got back. I'm still not sure why our room wasn't ready by 3pm. No apologies or complimentary refreshments either. Not good for the prices they're charging.
