  : The hot tub was essentially in the driveway of the Lodge. We did not use it as it had no privacy. The fees associated with the rental were outrageous.

  : Location very convenient to ski lockers and slopes. Hot tub on balcony very nice at end of a ski day. Living area spacious and kitchen well equipped. Complimentary shuttle service to restaurants was prompt and pleasant.
  : Because of a mgmt change from our last stay here, there was no longer service to provide fresh towels, or even a place where guests can exchange used ones for clean. Also, guests required to take their trash to the basement, and no recycling receptacles provided. Beds and pillows old and tired.TV didn't work.Front office supposed to open at 7am,and at departure we were trapped unable to get through lobby out to our ride because at 7:20 an no one there. Multiple calls to VACASA did not help - they had no local contacts and were a call center without any ability to help, didn't know code to door, etc.We would have rather paid an extra daily amount to have these basic amenities.

  : I was given instructions for lockbox to get my packet and key for the room (since offseason and lobby closed). I opened lock box and nothing was in there. We had arrived around 5pm to get into our room. I called after hours phone number, was on hold for 30 minutes until I could speak to anyone. They got in touch with the Park City / Deer Valley staff. Had to wait another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes for someone to bring me a key. They brought me up to the room I booked and took me inside, it was occupied! There were clothes and wet bathing suites laying around. Very awkward! Must have been double booked! They then proceeded to try and find me another room. Took me to a smaller room with no hot tub on balcony (that was the whole reason I booked the room). I said no, this is unacceptable I just wanted to be reimbursed. They then found me a smaller room with a hot tub. It was okay and we decided to stay. The general manager sent me a text apologizing for the mix-up and then stated she would credit my card for the room for the night. I still have yet to see the credit on my card?? This was very embarrassing and an uncomfortable situation for what was supposed to be a fun overnight get-away. I took my mother up here for her birthday and she was scared and upset. I commend the staff for trying diligently to find us a room, on the spot, but this should not have happened. My trust for booking any vacation through Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Booking.com is out the door. This was very unnerving and upsetting to say the least. We did end up staying the night, but I would hope this does not happen to anyone else or myself again - if I ever book through Booking.com or Wyndham Vacation Rentals in the future.

  : Never seen a 10 digit door code.Few of broken handles, bulbs out. Had to prime the FP then it worked well, i have same type. A little $ upfit would have made the cost of stay more appropriate. DEFINITELY CHANGE OUT THE 10 DIGIT DOOR CODE.IT HAD 4 SEC TO ENTER. Place has great bones. We did enjoy our stay.Thanks
