: Pros: Price, location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and living room seating. Would be an awesome winter rental for one or more families.
: It is tired and not a lot is put into the place. The carpet is gross in the dining area, replace or shampoo!! You would not want to entertain guests. The porch is unusable due to numerous loose boards. Some cupboards have bad hinges. The desc said A/C, there was none (not cool). Open windows and fans work well at night, but the master does not have screens to keep bugs away so it is hard to cool down (clever with fans). Simple things will improve the place a lot. Showers are only in bedrooms (2), common bath has a tub which is fine for young kids.

: Location was great and value is amazing. Within walking distance of Park City ski resort. Plenty of space for a group of 8 to stay and enjoy.
: Cooking supplies were not in the best condition and there were not enough blankets for everyone initially. However, management was very easy to contact and resolve any issues.

: Good location, outside view beautiful. nice for our girls weekend.
: The main reason Im responding is we arrived at the condo and could not get in! Standing at the door with luggage. We called the only number given which was Maria. Goes straight to voicemail over and over. I didnt receive an e-mail prior to arriving giving me check in instructions etc Finally after numerous calls and not hearing back we contacted a realtor that was affiliated with the property? he gave us a access code to get in. We went to dinner waiting to hear. Maria called frantic saying she was out of the country and she had sent several e-mail to me. I double checked to make sure I wasnt in the wrong and did not find anything. I myself own rental propertys and this should not happen.
