  : The location was great. About a 3 minute walk to the main Gondola and in the middle of Canyon Village. The ski valet team were very friendly and helpful, making the morning and afternoon ski management process very easy.
  : Extremely disappointing check in process. The front desk did not have any record of our reservation and could not do anything with the confirmation number and other documentation that we provided. We called the Vasca 800 number and after 10 minutes working with an agent we were disconnected. We called back, provided all of the same information, and waited on hold for approximately 15 additional minutes. Eventually our reservation information was sent to the front desk and we were provided a room key after waiting in the lobby, tired and hungry from travel, for over 30 minutes. For the fees being paid, the check in process was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. While we wold stay in this property again, we will not book anything through Vasca in the future.

  : We did not get the room we thought we had booked. The desk at check didn’t have an email about our reservation. It was a pain to have call the host and couldn’t get any help from the people at the lodge.
