  : Peaceful, comfortable place to stay. The staff followed COVID 19 guidelines and the rooms were spotless. An excellent dinner and breakfast were served on the terrace.

  : My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. We arrived late to our check in because we had traffic on the road but the lovely host welcomed us warmly and still served us a great dinner although the kitchen was technically closed at the time we arrived. The food was perfectly homemade and very tasty. In the mornings the little breakfast with assorted homemade pastries and jams (the jams were my favorite) and choice of eggs and coffee. The common area was cozily decorated with hanging twinkle lights at night and surrounded by green fields and trees with wild rabbits hopping around. The room was standard, clean and functional. The location was easy to find. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to our friends! The hosts were super warm and welcoming and overall just lovely people.

  : Breakfast and dinner were good with fresh food. The dining room was beautiful
  : The accommodation area, separate from the main house, was very old fashioned and needs updating. As does the outside toilet. Toiletries for the shower were provided but there was no shelf in the shower to put them on.

  : lovely rural locationgreat breakfast 10 mins from the local town with good bars and restaurants round a castle - great setting
  : air con set on its lowest temp of 16 degrees was woefully inefficient so a very sweaty, restless nights sleep. mentioned it to owner who said she didnt know - def needs attention !!small shower cubicleno bin in main roomneeds a bigger mirror in main room and another plug socket either side of the bed would be useful as the phones had to be left on charge over by the door.mosquito blind seemed fixed in place and unable to open ? lots of cats begging at breakfast - cute but slightly annoying unable to have dinner on site due to kitchen refurbishment- but owner did warn us of this so we drove to town and had a lovely meal out
