  : The location is simply perfect. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, although not all spoke English and I hardly understand German, all my needs were met quickly and efficiently. The breakfast is not designed for business visits, there was no ready-made omelet or scrambled eggs at 8 am (when the breakfast started), and I had only 10 minutes and couldn't wait longer. However, the coffee was delicious, there was ham, cheese, and fresh bread. Generally, I am satisfied and will most likely stay here again next time.

  : Location is very good, right in the center. Ambiance is good. The hotel is within a glass museum. The hall for breakfast is very nice, has a great view outside. The room has a relatively big indoor balcony, which is very nice.
  : No parking directly available for guests, but probably also very difficult considering its location.

  : The hotel is well located neat Dom Platz. It has no parking, but there are two public parking garages nearby, and you can park temporarily to load off and on. It also has good access to public transport. The place is a time capsule that takes you to older days, with unique Old-World charm. It felt like being allowed to spend a night at a historic house, which I guess it is. The room was huge! with three beds, a dining table and three large closets. The bathroom more than spacious and well stocked. Two of the beds were a bit lower than normal, which made it a bit difficult for people with mobility issues to use. However, the third was just the right height so it was fine. Breakfast did not have too much variety, but we didn't mind. Everything available was of good quality. The staff are, mostly, cheerful and helpful. The gentleman explained about the parking options and how to get to where we wanted. Also, if you have someone with limited mobility that does not handle stairs well, then you have to specify when you book, as each floor is divided into two levels.
  : The wifi! Until we left we were not able to figure out how to log in. When we called reception, we were told we needed to go down, get connected while at reception, then come back up. I found it to be strange, or a miscommunication due to language barrier. Because it was just one night, it wasn't a real issue.
