  : Thank you to the super friendly lady (sorry we forgot her name, but I think she's the owner) who was so kind and welcoming. She took us around the farm and showed us the 30+ horses, chickens, cow, rabbits etc. She was so friendly with our son, and he immediately warmed to her. She even tried her best to speak English with us, and taught us a few Italian words. She definitely made the stay very pleasant, and I would recommend this accommodation because of her warmth and care. Nothing was too hard for her and she tried her best always to accommodate for anything we needed!
  : Travelling through Italy we've found its very typical to have a sweet breakfast, and it was the same here. We prefer savoury breakfasts but that's a personal preference! If you like sweet, then they did have cakes, fruits, yoghurt and of course coffee and juice!

  : well kept farm and house, nice views around; good location, close to Rome, without traffic noises, easy to find
  : too strong smell of parfume in the lobby could be reduced. some mattress were too squeaky not to disturbe others. there were no blankets, only sheets. breakfast was ok, but only sweet food. would be great to have some options without sugar (bread with cheese, butter or eggs for example).

  : For us it was just a convenient location to stay in for the night, they have horse riding next door which seemed fun and not too expensive. They spoke enough English. There was convenient gravel parking at the front. the Bottom two floors are for residents so the building is well kept and quiet. There are cute little historical artefacts around the building and inside. We arrived a bit earlier than our check-in window and they accommodated us with an early check-in.
  : The beds were very cheap and uncomfortable, the whole bed moved when one of us moved. I was a bit scared it might collapse.
