  : The location is great, and the staff is very kind.
  : I have been staying at Hotel Aurora for several years, primarily due to the limited alternatives in the vicinity. However, I must express my disappointment with its value for money - it is an expensive one! The rooms, particularly those on the ground floor where I stayed, are rather compact and induce a sense of claustrophobia. The absence of mosquito nets, especially in an area known for mosquitos, and the lack of air conditioning despite temperatures exceeding 20 degrees further detract from the overall comfort. To clarify, there is AC in the rooms, but they were not keen to turn it on. The WiFi service, which is of paramount importance to guests like me who visit Pavia for work and rely heavily on internet connectivity, is far from satisfactory. The current WiFi, which has remained unchanged since my first visit in 2027, is of poor quality and has frequent disconnections. Moreover, the need to repeatedly enter the username and password on the login page each time is quite inconvenient. The breakfast, priced at 8 Euros per day, also leaves much to be desired. Interestingly, just across the street, there are numerous coffee shops and bakeries offering superior quality products at a lesser cost. I believe these areas require immediate attention to enhance the guest experience, given the prices charged!
