  : They were nicer then I expected. Cleaner then I expected.
  : You can't plug the bathtub to take a bath. Paint chips were peeling off in the bathtub. The frame the bed is on is super noisy, the slightest move is loud and no box spring.

  : Customer service , they can easily get deposit and their cash from Client but when it comes to refund my deposit then I have to suffer to have my cash back, telling me to wait for three days and above, as I write this have not received my deposit!

  : The room was dirty, the location dangerous, full of drug dealers and hookers. The police comes often to the parking lot because that place is trouble!

  : There was nobody in the reception to welcome us. We had to wait for ten minutes before anyone showed up. And the beds were hard.

  : The room were surprisingly clean for the price
  : We got reprimand by an employe at the reception he did no want us to have a change of towels even if we were going to tip him and asked politely, and the cleaning staff did not clean our room even if we were gone all day, thats why we needed towels we didnt have a change for 2 days and were coming back from the beach. He had a nasty attitude toward my friend and i and tried to belittle us told us "that's not how a hotel works" ... i work in hotels i know how it works he just didnt want to be bothered. And there was a gap in our door so we could hear the road that was super close.
