  : The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The salt water pool and the hot tub were great. Laundry room had a key card door. Restaurant dinner food was decent
  : The hotel is right next to the railroad tracks and trains go by honking all day and night. The hotel offers free earplugs. Service at restaurant a little slow. I think the to go food they offer is the only gig in town and they are super busy with that. Didn't offer breakfast included for guests, but restaurant had a pay buffet. We passed on that.

  : The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They securely stored my bike for an extra $40 per day while I hiked Havasupai. I also enjoyed a great meal here grilled chicken salad. The gift shop was cute, too.
  : The lighting in the room was poor. Not really enough to read a book before bed. Not a big deal, but a little disappointing.

  : The buffet breakfast was poor. All the food tasted like it had been cooked the night before. The trains were loud but you got used to them by the second night.

  : Beautiful Lodge & staff were pleasant. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large & plenty of towels.
  : We were not aware that our room was near two train tracks & a railroad crossing. Often times there were two trains going in two different directions at the same time & sounding their horns because of the crossing. They provided orange ear plugs, which only muffled the sound slightly & my wife couldn't use them because she doesn't like things in her ears.

  : The room was pretty nice, quite spacious and we had 2 beds which were very comfortable. There was also a private bathroom, TV, coffee machine etc. and everything was clean and neat. There were free parking spaces in the front so we had no problems parking.
  : There is a train going nearby the hotel and it makes noise quite often, they also offer earplugs and the front desk. The staff was not very friendly and in comparison with other hotels we stayed, I did feel like we were bothering them. Also, there is a $50 deposit (standard) but a couple of days after our stay I noticed 3 transactions on my credit card from this hotel - $50, $50, $58. I contacted them and they told me the two $50 transactions were only the deposit (there was some kind of re-authirization) and that we will get it back and we "only pay $58 for the food we had" - mind you, we arrived quite late at night, went straight to the room and left in the morning without having ANY food nor knowing there even was a restaurant. We messaged them about this and since a couple of days went by with no "ending" (the manager was on a conference, they are checking into this etc.) we also contacted Booking - we got a reply that they have a "proof" we ate at the restaurant. What was the proof you might ask? A list of food purchased (not a photo) and that the food was for our room number - no photo, no signature, no nothing (so I can go to the restaurant, have a feast, say a number of any room and that's it????) FINALLY, after a couple of days of messaging they agreed to issue a credit note and give us the money back. All in all we liked our stay but this particular experience and especially the whole defensive approach from the hotel's side about this was very unexpected and alarming.
