  : The owners were very nice, the room was large and clean, the TV was very large. It was peaceful, close to fast food restaurants. I'd choose it again for sure.
  : It's not the best town in Texas, but that isnt the fault of the motel. I think that is the only issue I would have with the place.

  : The place was very clean and had lots of hot water. Did not smell too much of chemicals and/or cheap motel but rather, had the overall cleanliness and smells of a mid scale hotel. (Think Holliday Inn.) Quiet air conditioner. Quiet location …but it is albeit, in a dead quiet small town in nowhere Texas. The staff/owners were friendly, professional and very helpful. They responded immediately and helped me figure out an air conditioner problem.(Breaker was blown.)
  : The price was high for such a basic amenity. There were no extras such as breakfast, great location, swimming pool, gym, etc. etc. Also the pillows were cheap and stiff. In the end, it was a roadside motel which meant you could hear people coming and going outside your door.
