  : rooms were clean and comfortable it has a lovely little restaurant on site which produces lovely food and the staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough for you except the gentleman that meets you on arrival. not really sure what his role is but he lacks customer service which is a shame as the other ladies are so lovely

  : The dinner restaurant was amazing.
  : The rooms outdated and not clean. It seemed that the floors were never cleaned, because they were very dusty and dirty every day. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been renovated for at least 30 years. There was a huge lake on the floor after every shower and the room didn't have a proper ventilation. There was one water bottle in the room that was never refilled after the first day.The pool stank of chlorine and the water is not heated. You'd expect some magnificent views from the advertisement pics, but not at all what you get. There is not much to do on the property, especially for kids.We paid 161 per night for 10 nights and didn't even have breakfast in the price, which seems outrageously expensive for what you get there.For breakfast, which was 20 per person, you'll get dry tasteless pancakes that looked like they were made a couple of days ago and some slices of cheese and ham, that look like they've been sitting on the table for a couple of days too. You'll get some too sweet and hard cakes and half rotten fruits too. Not at all what we'd expect for 20, because the dinner in the same restaurant was amazing.To top that, we forgot something in the hotel and contacted the staff right away with a request to get the item shipped to us on our expense. Would be a nice gesture to help us get our item back after we spent more than 2500 there but unfortunately the staff is reluctant and does not answer after many attempts.

  : We had a very pleasant stay at Podere Borgaruccio, the staff was very friendly and the rooms very clean! Also the food and wines were a delight.
