  : Close to weddimg venue. Beautiful views
  : Room is shabby. Clean but very run down and dated. Bathroom was tiny. Paint peeling from wall and even the tub, which had bewn painted over, was peeling. Even the woman in the lobby was ride and wouldn’t allow me to charge 2 bags of Cheetos to the room, when the gentleman in the afternoon had no problem with me charging chips.

  : This location might have been top-notch at some point but now it needs a lot of work. My room had patches of paint missing. There was no place to plug in and charge your phone. They didn't even provide a box of tissues. In the evening lots of people hung out chatting with each other in the parking lot making it hard to sleep. For the money however it was a comfortable bed and generally clean.

  : The hot water was great & the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The Inn is about 17 minutes from main street in Cold Springs, NY that's a plus.
  : The room needs updating. I had to force the door to shut it. There was a hole in the bathroom wall, the wood furniture is outdated, the mattress was sqeaky & unconformable. Breakfast was three items in a bag to go. I was disappointed even for the one night stay. I found a hair around the bathroom sink when I first arrived.

  : Door barely closed/locked. Had to pick it up and push to get the deadbolt to latch. You could see through the door and door jam. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable & so noisy. You could hear absolutely everything. When my neighbor closed his door, the walls shook.

  : The location of the property is great, with wonderful views of the river. We were lucky enough to have a room with a veranda, which was very special.Our room was very clean (smell of bleach when we arrived) and it appeared that work had been carried out to improve/replace some bathroom facilities (looked like a new toilet and sink unit) - which was appreciated.
  : Rooms can be rather noisy at times, due to the trains and some of the guests using the beautiful veranda/balcony at night, neither of which the proprietor can do much about. Ear plugs are available, but the noise wasn’t sufficient to spoil our stay.A further inconvenience was the lack of a safe in the room or reception. Additionally the onsite restaurant and pool were closed for the duration of our stay in early June, but this wasn’t an issue for us and may have added to the noise if open.

  : Location is convenient for reaching other venues around Peekskill. Walking distance from local shops.
  : Doors and walls are paper thin: you can hear everything happening on the walkways outside. There's a freight train every 20 minutes including all hours of the night, and you _will_ hear it loud and clear every time. Bed, bathroom, and floors appear to be from the 1950s and squeak accordingly. Cleaning staff tried to get into our room, with us in it, despite repeated requests not to enter.
