  : The room my mother stayed her sheet on the bed was turned inside out and she is now in the emergency room with a allergic reaction from the damn dog hair that was on the dirty sheet. No trash cans in the room when she complained about the bed she asked for her room to be clean and all they did was the bed

  : Their cable never worked 1 day I stay overnight there. I called front desk & staff told me to talk to the main manager in the morning for a partial refund & I took a shower that night got out on the bath towel & the floor was dirty as I turned over the bath towel to dry off more water on the floor from the walk in shower. I saw the dirty floor markings on the dirty towel as I was try n to dry my feet off . I called the front desk several times ask n about their cable not working yet. They kept saying it would be reset soon & the next morning it was not on! I tried to get part of my money back from manager. He told me the wifi was free & so was the cable tv. It's included in the price of their hotel. The manager told me to contact your booking agencies to get part of my money back since I used my direct express card from my direct express card. He told me If u tell him to refund part of it than he will give me back 20%.His hotel is a joke & there r 2 sites for same hotel in pekin illinois & 1 is 65 & the other is 60 $ for the night. They charged me 71 $ from way earlier time I stayed with them.The manager is very rude to women cause he thinks I'm just a woman!
  : 99% of everything & their pool was closed & the bathroom floor was very dirty & the water faucets on walk n shower was leaking from behind the faucet.
