: The location was good as I spent the week exploring all, over Cornwall. The room was comfortable but view limited because of sky lights. The breakfast was more than adequate. I was surprised that breakfast was at 9 but that work out all right as I would have my dinner where I had got to each evening. With say an 8 breakfast I'd have problem eaten locally.

: Very beautiful house with lovely garden, and the owners were absolutely wonderful and kind. I was in the area visiting the university and the location was great. Breakfast is cereal and toast before 9, cooked after 9, and if I ever needed any directions or information about the area all I had to do was ask. There was parking on site and as my mobility isn't great that was very helpful, as that part of Cornwall is definitely a hilly area. All in all I absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Penryn/Falmouth area. I definitely hope to stay again!
