  : Property is a great location. Staff running around and in the lifestyle area are extremely friendly. Also received a pre arrival to schedule activities. Good food and a decent selection in the shopping area at reasonable prices
  : Upon arrival, the room was fairly clean yet missing a few things and one in my opinion lack of caring item. I can understand not having coffee in the room with the pot or the alarm clock and not being plugged in. Yet the curtains to the view in the master bedroom were down and shoved into the side by the dresser. Sent a message to the host and the property and was not responded to until after my stay. The front desk lady was nonchalant about it when I brought it up as well

  : We loved the room with the balcony, we loved that we could see the ocean from the room and the balcony and that we could see the pool from the balcony. We loved having a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The price for the stay was too expensive for what we got. We feel like the price for what we got should have been lower.

  : The spacious luxury rooms, the views and the quick access to the ocean.
  : I didn't like wearing the wrist band. It draws attention especially when you go out dining or shopping off the resort grounds. Maybe a different type of wristband or something should be used for non-members of Portofino.

  : Tub did not drain well. Signage poor. No king-size beds. Jacuzzi did not work.

  : The property is beautiful
  : check in was a nightmare. When we got into the unit one of the toilets wouldn’t flush. Also there was no propane tank in the balcony grille so we couldn’t cook our food, a smoke alarm started going off at 4am.

  : Location location location. Amazing view and room was very spacious.
  : The property it self was nice. Maintenance in side the apartment was questionable. The a/c filter looked as if it hadn’t been changed in 6 months. It was leaking into the master bedroom closet which cased a smell. The closet in a different bedroom smelled like some kept a large dog inside

  : Location was excellent. We cooked our own breakfast.
  : Booking.com ad showed 2 king beds, 2 double beds and 1 Queen bed. THERE WAS NO QUEEN BED AS PROMISED. I EVEN CALLED TO VERIFY BEDS FOR 10 PEOPLE. AND CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS SOFA BED. So, I had to bring a queen size air mattress since they cannot provide a roll away bed. the unit Tower 4, Unit 1104 was not as clean as expected with dust in certain areas. THE WASHING MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING AND THE PORTOFINO MAINTENANCE HAD TO UNCLOGGED THE DRAIN WITH THEIR VACUUM BEFORE WE CAN USE IT.

  : Location to beach was a little far. View was amazing. I liked that there was Beach equipment after being told there was none. Unit very clean, towels fluffy and thick and all appliances were high end. It was a beautiful week with a bit of rain. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We had massage, tour of city by Go Retro and a dolphin cruise that was very unorganized Friday night, Sept 17, 2021.
