: Our group really enjoyed the home. We were there for a softball tourny and had family members that attended with us. Great location for everyone to enjoy the area and each other. Will look forward to next year.

: The realty company agent Michele was most pleasant, helpful and responsive, thus Excellent rating. HOWEVER, property ownership appears to be uncaring and MISLEADING in their advertising of the property. Multiple issues, but not enough space here to adequately list. WE CAME FOR A FUNERAL. On the day of the funeral, NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS! Appears that the attached apartment occupant, that was not clearly indicated in online presentation, had used all or most of it. The place needs attention to detail that photos don't show. As a former Marine we did the adapt and overcome routine. Should not have to do this. A refund might be appropriate. Am not holding my breath. Rest In Peace Dad.
: The broken and missing bricks in the entry steps. A clear trip hazard. The attached apartment and occupant who we were not aware of and his insistence on a particular parking space. Apparently apartment plumbing and our rental share same hot water source. Beware, you are likely to run out of hot water. Dryer is not hooked up properly to outside vent. Discovered when drying towels as instructed in "Welcome" notebook, that bathroom where dryer sits was turned in to steam room from dryer exhausting in to room. Lamp next to bed in MBR not working. Discovered plug was too far from cord, bought extension cord and then discovered bottom half of plug did not work. You can keep the extension cord. Coffee maker keeps flowing when pot pulled out during brew to pour a cup. Discovered spring device in brew basket is stuck, and could not fix.
