: The view was amazing
: It wasnt made clear by owners or booking.com that we had to pay cash which was a bit of an inconvenience . The apartment is on top of the owners place, they must look after their grandchildren so there was a lot of yelling at the kids, the kids crying, they were smoking all the time and we kept getting the smoke, being from Australia, were not used to that, second hand smoke is an instant headache for us. But it did make it difficult to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view with the yelling at kids, kids crying and the smoke. I understand kids cry.but we wanted some nice enjoyable time. THE VIEW HOWEVER IS GREAT AS IS THE FREE PARKING SPOT! And we did get a bottle of Rose wine as a welcome drink.

: The host is helpful and friendly. There was a bit of hiccup to park my car before checked in but all sorted out in the end. Be prepared to walk up and down many steps to access to Perast town and to car park.

: The view must be the best in persist. Room. Was very clean and comfortable
: 110 steps from room to the town plus another 60 up to the car park. But this is the geography of the town and if you want a killer view sometime you have to go up to get it.

: The position of the apartment with that view from our terrace would be hard to beat! Exceptional!! Having our own private parking in Perast was a definate plus too . The owners were very welcoming and helpful with tips for places to visit. Need to visit again to drink in that view!
: Nothing! Just be aware there are 50 steps down to the property and 114 down to the sea front like most properties in Perast but that's what makes it so beautuful
